Angel Hair Pasta Salad
 

Ingredients

• 1 16 oz. package angel hair pasta
• 1 can black olives
• 2 cups carrots (shaved)
• 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes (halved)
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup Italian salad dressing
• 1 tbsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning

Directions

• Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions. 
• Drain pasta and rinse in cold water. 
• In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing very well. 
• Chill for at least one hour and serve.
• Store leftover pasta in the refrigerator.

Red, White an Blue Cheesecake Salad
 

Ingredients:

• 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 8 oz. cool whip (thawed)
• 3 cups strawberries (sliced)
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1 cup raspberries

 

Directions

• In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth. 
• Fold in cool whip. 
• Fold in strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. 
• Enjoy!
